Privacy Policy - Type and Use of Collected Information
When you make a purchase, we will ask for your name, email address, billing address, phone number, shipping address and credit card information. This information is required to ensure that your order is processed and shipped correctly. If you are shipping to a third party, the “Ship To” information you provide us will not be divulged to other parties.

When you subscribe to the PCOS Challenge Site and/or opt-in newsletter, we collect your name and email address so that we can notify you of upcoming events, new releases and subject-specific website features. You can unsubscribe from the PCOS Challenge newsletter at any time. Simply email your unsubscribe request or follow the directions stated at the bottom of any newsletter. The PCOS Challenge Site will never rent, sell, or exchange any personally identifying information with third parties.

Privacy Policy - Parents & Children
The PCOS Challenge Site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them. We encourage parents to supervise their children's online activities and prevent them from disclosing personal information without parental permission. This policy was written in November 2008.
